The main frame of training is developed by Mr. Kurt Hahn during the end of World War II. The logo of ABC derives from the Blue Peter flag which signals a ship is soon to depart. Symbolically, ABC aims at taking people out of their comfort zones, empowering them to transform their life through awareness and enjoyable experience.

We design the best and suitable Experiential Training and Development Program for your organization. We focus on the processing after activities and make a perfect balance between an activities and workshop. Beside of other training company we have experienced trainer, most of them came form Hong Kong Outward Bound School. The safety is our most concern in the training program or workshop. All the facilitator has valid first-aid certificate and life-saving certificate. The facility of our partners training site is up to Association of Challenge Course Technology Safety Standard. That could provide a safety and challengeable environment to facilitate the participant to learn.

Adventure Base Consultancy Ltd is one of the leading company in Hong Kong to provide the building and training services. The founder Timothy Tsang was the FIRST HK people to participate The Association Challenge Course Technology standard instructor training in 1998.The entire Adventure Base Consultancy Limited Challenge Course is under The Association of Challenge Course Technology standard and Professional Ropes Course Association standard to design and install. The Association Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) standard and Professional Ropes Course Association (PRCA) standard help us to build the first World standard challenge course in Hong Kong.

Mr. Timothy TsangTraining & Challenge Course Consultant and Master Scuba Diver Trainer. Emergency First Respone Instructor TrainerMr. Tsang was embarked Hong Kong Outward Bound School instructor since 1994. His responsibility was leaded the team of rafting and rope course department. In 1998 he went to in North Carolina Outward Bound School to attend the practical of Instructor Training. In 1999 he joined the Challenge Course Facilitator Training in Mississippi and Challenge Course Instructor Training in Colorado. At the same year he starts to design the challenge course in China Pan Yu Oasis Resort and provide challenge course consultation service for Hong Kong Police Training School, HKFYG Twuen Wan Youth Center, PLK Tai Tong Holiday Camp, HKFYG Jockey Club Outdoor Training Camp.
Mr Wong Wai KinTraining, Racing Consultant & Rescue Diver. Mr. Wong was Hong Kong Outward Bound School instructor since 1998. He had joined the ECO challenge on year 2000 and 2001. He is the first specialist of multi-sport racing in Hong Kong and the Champion of Raleigh challenge 2002, experience group of Police Adventure Club Mountain Marathon 2002, Club of Association of Trailwalker 2002 and Outward Bound Adventure Race 2003.
Mr Sham Chi Man Challenge Course Consultant, Mountain Craft Instructor, Sport climbing Instructor,Canoe Instructor & Open Water Scuba Instructor. Sham has 10 years experientail trainer, Challenge Course Instructor, life guard experience and have different sport instructor certificate. Include of ILS Life Guard.
Miss Joey ChanJoey, whose specialty is working with people to focus on their personal development, leadership and teambuilding skills. Thank to her interpretation and translation studies, she is able to ease with people of all backgrounds, fluent in Mandarin and English. She has previously worked in Outward Bound Hong Kong for 5 years, an international-based outdoor training school that provides corporate and leadership training in wilderness settings, as a senior facilitator. In the recent two years, she was responsible for all aspects of coordinating China trainings and project-based programmes as well as organising corporate and fundraising events.
Mr Rocky YeungTraining, Challenge Course Consultant.Mr Yeung was Experiential Trainer since 1999. He focusing on leadership and teambuilding training. His analytical skills and outgoing personality enables him to inspire people on their personal development and fire up their potential. He has been a personal trainer for 4 years on physical health and fitness and was the team leader of the Fitness Center. Through his remarkable communicating and team leading skills, he was awarded the Asia No.1 trainer. He is now involved in trainings on many different aspects within the community and private sectors and continue to pursue his training career.
